Today the federal judge in NJ2AS’ lawsuit has blocked more of New Jersey’s draconian and discriminatory gun laws that targeted law abiding citizens’ rights to protect and defend themselves and loved ones. In a 235 page ruling, Judge Renée Bumb hammered the State on their flawed logic, lack of historical and traditional principals, and basic and fundamental common sense that armed law-abiding citizens do not commit crimes or contribute to violence.
